SAM.gov registration and renewal can be completed directly at SAM.gov at no charge. Our fees are charged solely for our administrative assistance services.

We do not guarantee the approval of any registration or renewal by SAM.gov or any federal agency. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and have the authority to act on behalf of the business entity for which services are being requested.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not see, receive, or store your credit card information.

If your SAM.gov filing is rejected due to an error in our preparation or submission, we will refile at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to rejections caused by:
We submit filings to SAM.gov within 24 hours of receiving complete and accurate information from the client. SAM.gov processing times are determined by the federal government and typically range from 3 to 14 business days. We do not control and cannot guarantee SAM.gov processing times.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
